As we are currently facing a global outbreak due to the Coronavirus disease (Covid-19), some companies especially the ones located in Europe and the U.S.A are affected with this pandemic which resulted in a suspension of their business operations. Therefore, it is highly recommended to refrain from using a business address on the shipping details of your Noon order during this time and fill in your residential address instead as this will ensure the delivery of your order.

Why the logistics status is not updated?

Most of our items are shipped from overseas; therefore, the packages need to undergo several scanning and documentation procedures from different countries before arriving at the destination country. As these processes may take several days to be completed, the tracking information will not be updated until the package reaches the next shipping station. Rest assured that your shipment is being taken care of and monitored by our logistics team.

If the order has not arrived yet, but it is already beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support and we will assist you with the matter. Otherwise, proceed to request a refund by visiting your "Order History" page and find "Request Refund" button.


What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

Please use the below information as your reference if you have not received your package yet.

Within delivery date:

1. The orders are still in transit

*We have indicated a shipping time on each product page, and you can also see the delivery date in your account. You just need to patiently wait for a few days more.

2. Your orders arrived at your local post office or customs

*If the tracking information says the package is at your local post office or customs, you are suggested to directly coordinate with them.

Beyond delivery date:

1. If the status of your order shows the package is available for pick up, you just need to go to your local post office's facility and have it picked up.

2. If you cannot find any update with the order status, and it is already beyond the estimated delivery date, please proceed in requesting a refund. Otherwise, contact our customer support team for further assistance.


How long does shipping take?

Most of our shipments are completed within 15 days, however, the shipping time varies depending on the item and country of destination. This is the reason why we are only able to provide an estimated delivery time frame on the "Item Details" page prior to placing the order.

Once the item has been shipped, we will generate a tracking number and estimated delivery date which can be used to monitor the shipment. These information will be made available on the "Order History" of your account.


Why my order is taking longer than usual?

Due to the annual Chinese Lunar New Year holiday together with COVID-19, orders processed from the 22nd of January to 20th of February, 2020 will have an extended shipping time of up to 30 days. In the midst of outbreak, we have recommended to minimize outdoor activities as the safety of our staff is also our top priority. Authorities are taking strict measures on this public health event, and we are also paying close attention to the situation.

The main reason of this unusual logistics delay, however, is the annual Chinese Lunar New Year holiday. Chinese authorities recently announced that the holiday would be exte nded until February 10, 2020. All logistics arrangement should resume gradually after the holiday in most locations.

You will be informed immediately once we receive an update about your order. In addition, we will cooperate with relevant authorities to expedite the logistics process, if necessary.


The package has not arrived yet but the tracking shows "Delivered".

The order status will be changed to "Delivered" due to the following reason:

  The package has been received by the recipient or local post office.

  You have accidentally clicked the "Received" button of your order.

  Shipment has already reached the distribution center.

For such instances, it is recommended to wait patiently if the order is still within the delivery date or contact your local post office using the shipment's tracking number to determine if the package has already arrived at their facility.


What if my package is charged with customs duties or postal handling fee?

Noon absolutely offers free shipping of all items regardless of the value, and we guarantee that these extra fees are not associated with Noon. Please note that all international shipments are subject to customs duties which may vary depending on the destination country. Moreover, companies involve in logistics have no control with such fees as we are bound by law to follow customs policies and regulation of each country. For more details, you may coordinate with the customs authorities of your country or the local post office.

I can not track my order?

If the tracking number does not work, please do not worry. Some of the international shipping companies used by our stores are only able to provide a domestic tracking number which only works within the country of origin. Once the shipment reaches its destination country, our Logistics partner will then generate a transfer number for tracking purposes. This can also be used as a reference number when there's a need to pick up the package at your local post office.


Can I change my shipping address?

When will my order be shipped?

To ensure that you will receive the package at the soonest possible time, We ship within 3 days from the date of purchase and generate a valid tracking number.
